After visiting Gardner Village, I decided to be a witch for Halloween. I grew out my nails and had them painted red and black. I put some netting over my skirt to make it look like spider webs. It was fun to get dressed up for the family Halloween party, to walk around the block with the neighborhood kids while they were trick-or-treating, and to hand out candy at our door. In the photo, you can see the little ghosts our neighbors made and hung in our tree. I really had fun this year for Halloween!

Halloween

Meet Dave and Shell
A few things we like: exercise, whale watching, golf, Disneyland, and fishing.
Great costume. My personal favorite is the red boa, but then I do have a thing for boas. And I love the ghosts in the trees. We missed you guys for Halloween. The kids would have loved to see Aunt Michelle dressed like a witch! Thanks again for your fun visit with us at Bear Lake.
ReplyDeleteOoh, I wish we lived in YOUR neighborhood-- the kids would have loved to see you dressed up. Jon took them trick-or-treating in OUR neighborhood, which was, apparently, legitimately spooky. I don't like to brag, but we do have our own hobo colony just a couple of blocks away . . .
