Michelle and I went to Bear Lake for our niece's baptism last weekend. We hit a little construction traffic in Evanston. After waiting for 10 minutes or so, I got out and took a picture of our idling Highlander and the line of cars . . .
Our niece was so excited for her baptism! She loved all of the attention she received as extended family poured into town for her big day. After the baptism, we held a family party at the local pizza parlor where we had tasty pizza, drinks, and desserts. Our niece received many gifts, including a special necklace from us.
It was a chilly two days, with rain, overcast skies, and temperatures never breaking 45. As our first chance to bundle up, it was a good preview for what's to come.
